Our Story Check MenuLocated in Lamai, Ko Samui, Thailand, we have been operating this small, family-owned restaurant since 2022 on it's current location. The café and restaurant are run by a warm and welcoming family. Currently, it's managed by Mom (Wilma, affectionately known as Mama) and her son Wesley (nicknamed Shark). Originally established by Wesley and his now ex-wife under the name Chaya Coffee, the restaurant has since been rebranded as Mama's Specialty to reflect Mama's passion for creating happy moments and smiles.
